Working principle of warping switch
The bucking switch works on a very simple principle. Once the switch is pushed from ON to OFF/OFF to ON, the spring movement within the switch will tilt the active contacts to establish an electrical connection through the output contacts.
The switch comprises two main components, an actuator and a set of contacts. The actuator in the switch moves and applies force to the contacts to open and close the switch, and the contact set determines whether the switch is set to on/off. Here, a set of contacts in the switch allows current to flow when the switch is set to ON contact and disconnects the current when the switch is turned to off position.
Once this switch is turned on, the contact will be closed. So at this position, the contacts will be touched to allow the current to flow between them. Again, once the same switch is turned off, the contact is pulled to the open position. Once these contacts are in the open position, they do not touch each other, so no current flows between them.
Tilt switch construction
The warping switch consists of an operation button, a semi-oval spring, a sealing rubber, an inner shell, a lid, a lid, contacts and terminals.
